aiFor every Ukrainian, February 24 is associated with fear, panic and stupor. The word "war" was not yet understood at that time.
aiThe first week was very difficult. Morally and psychologically. I worked in an educational institution, already in the second week of the war, we prepared food for soldiers, wove camouflage nets.
I hope and believe in the fastest Victory!
aiLater, work returned to a comfortable rhythm. In the summer, I managed to go to Poland for some time to work. Now I am in Ukraine, and I work as a practical psychologist. I am always looking for ways and options to improve my own skills in psychological support during wartime.
aiSuccessfully completed the "Children and War: Teaching Healing Techniques" program from the international organization CHILDREN AND WAR FOUNDATION. We are currently working with children who arrived from the territories where military operations took place.
